Landscape

Promote iFlows across Dev → QA → Production tenants with a single click.

What is the Landscape View?

The Landscape view gives you a side-by-side comparison of the same iFlow across multiple CPI tenants (e.g. Development, QA, Production). You can see version differences at a glance and promote content upward without manually downloading and re-uploading zip files.

Setting Up Tenants

Before using Landscape, configure at least two tenant profiles:

1. Go to Settings → Tenant Profiles
2. Click + Add Tenant
3. Enter the CPI host URL, OAuth token URL, client ID, and client secret
4. Set the Environment label: dev, qa, or prod
5. Click Test Connection to verify, then Save

Using the Landscape Tab

1. Click the Landscape tab in the main navigation
2. Select the iFlow you want to compare from the dropdown
3. The view shows a column for each configured tenant with the current deployed version, last modified date, and runtime status
4. Version differences are highlighted — a green badge means the tenant is up to date, orange means it is behind

Promoting an iFlow

1. In the Landscape view, click the ↑ Promote button on the source column (e.g. Dev)
2. Select the target tenant (e.g. QA or Prod)
3. Review the diff summary — what version is currently on target vs what will be promoted
4. Click Confirm Promote

CPI Studio downloads the iFlow zip from the source tenant and uploads it to the target. Optionally tick Deploy after promote to automatically trigger a deploy on the target after the upload.

Version History

Click the History icon on any tenant column to see the last 10 versions of the iFlow on that tenant, with timestamps and (if available) the user who last modified it.
