Where does CPI Studio run?

On YOUR BTP subaccount. You deploy a Docker image to Cloud Foundry. Your data stays in your environment — we never see your CPI credentials or iFlows.

What happens if I cancel?

Your license expires at the end of the billing period. The app will show a license-required screen but no data is lost. Re-subscribe anytime to resume.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your subscription management portal. Changes take effect immediately.
